The Mostnica cuts a slot up to 20 m deep through limestone above Stara Fužina, crossed at the start by the Devil’s Bridge. A marked path follows it upstream through beech woods for about two kilometres into the open Voje valley, where there is a mountain hut and, a further 40 minutes on, the Mostnica waterfall. It is much less visited than Vintgar and better for a slow family walk, though the path is natural ground rather than boardwalk.
