Perché visitarlo
Logarska is 7 km long, flat-floored, walled on three sides and almost perfectly U-shaped — the clearest glacial valley profile in Slovenia. A single road runs its length to the Rinka waterfall at the head; there is an entry fee for vehicles, and the valley is best done on foot or by bike. It is roughly 90 minutes from Ljubljana and rarely combined well with the Julian Alps in the same day, despite looking close on a map: the ranges are separated by the Sava valley.
