Why we ask for proof
Without it, anybody could take over your restaurant and write whatever they liked about it. So we only hand a page over to somebody who can be reached at contacts the place already publishes. You cannot type in your own email or number: that is what makes it proof.

What does it cost?
Nothing. Taking over your page and keeping it up to date is free.
Why can I not just say the place is mine?
Because anybody could, including a competitor. A code to the email or phone your place already publishes shows that you are the people who run it.
We have no email, website or phone on record. What now?
Fill in the application with your company details. We check them against the business register and post a letter with a code to your address. Type in the code and the page is yours.
The email or number you have is out of date.
Choose the letter instead, or ask us to call. Once the page is yours, you can correct the contact details yourself.
Somebody else has already taken over our page.
Write to us through Support. We check how they proved it and, if it was not you, we hand the page to the right people.
How do travellers see what we write?
Marked as coming from the business. Things you tick yourself, like step-free access, are shown as your statement, not as something we have checked.
Does AI publish anything without me?
No. It only fills in the form. Nothing appears on your page until you read it and press Save.
